FAQ

1. What materials are used in your products?

Our knitwear is made from 100% Cotton. T-shirts are made from 100% Organic Cotton. The rest of our stock are combinations of a range of materials but everything is made with longevity in mind!

2. How should I care for my knits?

Knits are machine washable. Wash cool at 30 degrees for best results. 

3. What size should I buy?

Each item in our store is unique! Please refer to the size guides on individual product pages with the images. 

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a fulfilment email. Please check your spam folder if you cannot find this. Here are the normal lead times for postage after your order has been fulfilled. Please remember they are working days 🙏🏼

Ireland: 1-3 Working Days

UK: 4-10 Working Days

Europe: 5-10 Working Days

Rest of World: 10-18 Working Days

5. How will I know the status of my order? 

All orders are dispatched tracked with DPD in compostable mailing bags.

6. My order seems to be taking longer than expected... 

If your order is delayed 5 or more working days longer than the higher lead time, give us an email and we'll look into it for you asap :) 

7. I would like to return/exchange an item I purchased. What should I do? 

We offer returns and exchanges within 21 days of order arrival.

Buyer will be responsible for returning the item to us and paying for delivery of the exchanged item. Email Sarah at orders@pellador.com if you wish to arrange this. Please be patient and allow us up to 2 or 3 working days to reply before double emailing on order queries- we are just a small team and will get back to you as fast as we can to get it sorted :) 

8. I missed one of your drops! When will the items be restocked?

If an item is out of stock, keep an eye on our Instagram for more details about whether and when it may come back in stock. We receive a large amount of emails about restocking items and sadly we can't get back to all of them individually. Some items will remain out of stock for long periods. 

9. I have some questions which weren't answered above. Who should I talk to?
